Dear students,
A new semester often brings both excitement and a fair share of challenges. Between settling into your classes and finding your rhythm again, it is easy to forget to pause and take care of yourself. To support you through the start of the semester, the University Counselling Centre has prepared a series of workshops and activities this October that can help you recharge, learn something new, or simply take a mindful break.
Take a look at the overview of activities we have planned for you in October:

This workshop helps international students adapt to life in Prague, manage cultural shock, and develop strategies for stress reduction, self-care, and resilience. |
Don’t forget: you can book a one-on-one consultation
In addition to workshops and group activities, you can always book a one-on-one consultation with our counsellors—whether in mental health support, career counselling, or if you need study adjustments or modifications. The University Counselling Centre is here for you.
